摘    要:简述了轨道交通领域碳纤维复合材料应用现状,从结构材料设计、整体结构设计、车体成型技术、构件连接技术、结构声学设计、缺陷检测技术等多个方面探讨复合材料整车车体研发的技术难点。在碳纤维复合材料车体研发的过程中,只有充分理解和实现复合材料的材料、设计、制造一体化,全面综合地考虑各种关键技术,才能获得高性能的碳纤维复合材料车体,并有效降低复合材料车体的成本;只有建立完整的复合材料车体设计、制造、验证技术规范和质量评价体系,碳纤维复合材料才能在轨道交通行业中得到推广应用。

Abstract:The application situation of carbon fiber composites in railway vehicles was summarized. The technical difficulties including the structure materials design, integrity structural design, carbody manufacture technology, assembly joint technology, structural acoustical design and defect detection technology were investigated respectively. In the process of the research and development of carbon fiber composite materials, only to understand and implement fully the integrative of materials design and manufacture, to considerate various of key technologies comprehensively, the carbon fiber composite body of high performance could be obtained, the cost of the composite body could be reduced effectively; only to establish quality evaluation system and technology specifications of design, manufacture and inspection of composite train carbody, carbon fiber composite materials could be applied in railway vehicles industry.
