摘    要:用光谱学方法测量多个光纤光栅的反射色散.利用部分相干理论对方法原理进行分析,所建立的系统适用于多个光纤光栅反射带宽不重叠的情况,对系统略作改造也可用于测量单个光纤光栅透射色散.对整幅干涉图进行一次性数据处理或对每个干涉信号分开处理都可以得到待测光纤光栅的群时延.实际测量结果证明了系统的可行性.

Abstract:A Fourier transform spectrometric method for the dispersion of multiple fiber Bragg gratings is introduced. The measurement principle is analyzed by partial coherence theory. The measurement system cart be applied in cases where these gratings have nonoverlapping reflection Dands. It is also possible to measure the transmission group delay of a single grating using a variation of this system. The individual gratings can be identified either from the spatial separation of the interferometric signatures or from the unique wavelength-reflection bands of the gratings. Actual experiments confirm that the system is feasible.
