摘    要:为了改善涵店、餐馆等餐饮服务行业的饮食服务质量,对厨具设备自动化的实现进行了研究。基于提高餐饮服务工作效率及环境卫生的前提下,设计了一种自动化的摆盘机,利用步进电动机带动手臂进行上下移动和水平垂直旋转.通过气压驱动机械手抓取和松放,能够实现全自动摆放各种型式和材料的盘子。针对实现设备自动化的要求,设计了基于单片机的控制系统,确保设备运行的安全可靠、工作性链稳定。该系统具有操作简单、工作效率离、成本低廉等优点,通过改装可以实现更多实用功能。

Abstract:To improve the quality of catering services of hotels, restaurants and other food service industry, the paper studied the realization of automation of the kitchen equipments'. Based on the premise of improving food service efficiency and improving environmental health conditions, an automatic placing dishes machine is designed to achieve automatically place fiat dishes in various types and materials, through the arm moving up and down and rotating vertically in plane driven by stepper motor and the crawling catching and releasing driven by air pressure. To achieve the requirement, a microcontroller-based control system for the machine is designed to ensure safe and reliable equipment operations and stable performance. The system has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, low cosL. and so on , and more useful features can be achieved by retrofitting.
