摘    要:针对某型发动机进气导向叶片在快走丝线切割加工中存在的表面质量差、尺寸波动大、产品质量差、生产效率低的问题,分析了快走丝线切割加工表面质量的影响因素,提出了改进方法.经产品试制验证表明效果明显,为快走丝线切割加工积累了经验.

Abstract:During the process of WEDM of air intake leading vanes of a certain engine, there cxisted poor surface quality and large size flucttuation which couhl cause poor product quality and low production efficiency. By analysis of surface qoality affecling factors processed by High Speed WEDM, improved methods had been proposed. Trail production had proved that obvious effects of these improved methods and had accumulate experiences for high speed WEDM progressing.
