切削参数多目标优化设计

摘    要:通过对切削加工理论的研究,建立了相应单目标优化数学模型。根据单目标数学模型,建立多目标综合优化数学模型,采用SUMT(罚函数法)优化方法,在约束限制可行域内搜索满足目标函数的最优切削参数。

Abstract:This paper set up single object optimal math models on the basis of researchs on cutting theory. According to these single object optimal math models , the comprehensive multi-object math model was set up. Using SUMT method, the best cutting parameters which met object function% request were searched in restricted region.
