基于智能卡的分布式考勤管理系统的研究与实现

本文首先分析了现有的各种考勤方式和考勤系统一人工考勤、打卡钟考勤、磁卡考勤、IC卡考勤和指纹识别考勤等各自的优缺点。针对它们只能集中考勤、考勤数据采集的时段有限等不足，提出采用智能卡直接在员工的工作地点进行分布式考勤，并且根据员工实际工作状况采集考勤信息，研究了基于智能卡的分布式考勤管理系统的结构和功能，给出了系统的运行原理，并对系统的实现进行了讨论。

SMART CARD BASED DISTRIBUTED CHECKING ON WORK ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This paper firstly analyzes existing a ll kinds of checking on work attendance management techniques and management syste ms,including manual,magnetic card,IC card,fingerprint etc.All of them have the s ame disadvantages that they only can get the work attendance data at several poi nts in limited time slice.Aiming at the disadvantage,smart card based distribute d checking on work attendance management system is brought forward.It can collec t work attendance data at the location where the clerks work,and it can gather t he real-time work status data dynamically.This paper also makes research on the architecture and functions.At the same time it provides the operational theory. At last the implementation of the system is discussed.
