济南分公司企业文化的特征分析与定位

摘    要:企业文化建设在企业发展进程中的巨大作用已经被众多企业管理者和员工所认识,并日益成为企业战略实施的重要支柱和员工的精神依托。如何继承本企业的优秀文化并将其提炼和发展,是需要每一个企业管理者认真思考并在实践中加以总结、完善的。济南分公司通过采用员工座谈、问卷调查等方法,总结、分析了企业发展过程中积淀下来的优秀文化元素与文化现状特征,并以发展的眼光重新审视、定位,以构建济南分公司崭新的企业文化。

Abstract:The great function of ECC in enterprise development has been realized by many business managers and employee, ECC has become important support to implement business strategy and for employee's spirit. The question of how to carry foreword good culture in the enterprise and refine and develop it needs that every business manager should think over earnestly and sum up and perfect in practice. In Jinan Company, by means of talk with employee and questionary we summed up and analyzed excellent cultural elements precipitated in development of the enterprise and cultural status, with developing light we newly reviewed and positioned it to construct brand new enterprise culture in Jinan Company.
