精梳机的合理使用

摘    要:通过对测试数据统计分析得出在生条中棉结、短绒含量直接影响精梳条、细纱质量。精梳工序棉结清除效率在58%~68%,短绒清除效率在60%左右,日常生产应视半制品质量状况适当调整落棉率;进而通过专题试题得出单纯采取加大落棉率来控制成纱棉结及成纱质量的方法不可取,提出合理配棉、提高生条内在质量、掌握适度落棉率,才是稳定提高成纱质量,减少用棉降低成本,提高效益的有效途径。

Abstract:According to the statistical analyses of testing datas,the factors that immediately influence the quality of combing sliver and spun yarn were pointed out,it was the content of neps and short fibres. In combing processing,the clearing efficiency of neps should be in the scope of 58% ~ 68% ,the clearing efficiency of short fibre shoud be about 60%, and the waste percentage should be properly adjust look upon the semi-product in day to day production. According to the special test, a conclusion was obtained, that was the method about controlling the quality of neps and spun yarn by complete increasing the waste percentage was undesirable. The effective ways on stable improving yarn quality, decreasing cotton consumption, reducing costs and raising benefit was rational cotton assorting, improving the inner quality of card sliver and controlling of rational waste persentage.
