微型压电陶瓷振动发电技术研究综述

摘    要:信息技术的飞速发展并没有带动电源技术的快速发展,电源的能量密度没有明显的提高。压电陶瓷振动发电机是一种持久、清洁、免维护的新型发电装置。压电陶瓷发电技术的研究已得到广泛重视,在无线传感器网络自供电方面具有较广阔的应用前景。分析了压电陶瓷发电的原理,阐述了压电陶瓷的发电方式、电能存储方式、电路匹配的方法及其典型应用,对今后的发展方向和热点问题进行了总结。

Abstract:The rapid development of information technology has not led to the progress of power source, and supply energy density is not significantly improved. Piezoelectric vibration generator is an innovative type of persistent, clean and maintenance-free power generation device. The research of piezoelectric ceramic technology for power generation has received wide attention, which has good prospect of applications in wireless sensor networks. The principle of the generation using piezoelectric ceramics is analyzed. Methods of generation about piezoelectric ceramics, energy storage and matching circuit are explained. Its typical applications are introduced. Finally hot issues and development direction in the future are summarized.
