| 摘 要： | 介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线在四重可逆式冷轧机电控制系统中的实际应用，根据该生产线工艺要求较复杂，速度控制精度高的情况，提出了采用PROFIBUS现场总线控制系统，并分析了该生产线电控系统通信配置情况，解决了该控制系统要求响应时间快，抗干扰能力强的问题。

| Abstract: | The application of PROFIBUS site-bus to four-high reversing cold rolling mill is introduced in the paper. Based on the requirement of complicate production line process,high accuracy of speed control,PROFIBUS-DF site-bus control system is used.The communication device of electric control system in the production line is analyzed.The problem of the requirement of quick response,high interfarence resistence of control system is solved. |
