摘    要:针对USP等法选用单个菌种进行激发实验,工作量大而繁琐、检测费用高、未考虑实际生产环境微生物污染等不足,提出了一套适合国内化妆品企业研发、生产控制的微生物挑战实验方法——混合标准菌和环境菌激发实验方法,并与USP法进行实验比较。结果表明:采用该方法,比USP法更切合实际,既能保证检测结果的客观性、准确性,又能减少工作量降低检测费用,可作为化妆品企业进行化妆品防腐体系功效性评价的参考方法。

Abstract:The challenge test using single bacterium seed such as USP suffers from the short back of heavy work,high test cost and pollution of house microorganism to cosmetics.A new microbial challenge test using mixed standard microbe and house microbe simultaneously was recommended,which is suitable for the research and development,the process control of domestic cosmetics enterprises.The experiment results showed that the new method was more practical than USP,and could be used as a reference method for the evaluation of preservation effect of cosmetic preservatives.The method can not only ensure the objectivity and accuracy but also reduce the workload and the cost.
