摘    要:在前人研究的基础上 ,从理论与实践结合的高度 ,全面系统地提出了水资源分类、水资源和水资源学的内涵以及水资源学应研究的 3个层面问题 ,即研究水资源及其演变规律 ,研究如何满足人类活动用水 ,研究水资源开发利用与生态环境的关系 .同时 ,在探讨水资源开发利用的历史长河中 ,提出了水资源学的学科体系 .它由基础学科、应用学科和交叉学科 3部分组成 ,共同构成水资源科学领域 ,成为资源科学的支柱学科 .为促进学科发展 ,建议近期水资源学研究应围绕人类活动对水资源的影响、水资源优化配置以及生态环境系统水平衡 3个重点进行 .

Abstract:Based on previous research and the combination of theory and practice, classification and connotation of water resources are described systematically, and three problems on water resources science to be researched are proposed, i.e. the evolution of water resources, the way to meet the need of human activities for water resources, and the relationship between development and utilization of water resources and ecological environment. It is pointed out that the discipline system of water resources science consists of the basic discipline, applied discipline, and intercrossing discipline. For acceleration of the development of water resources science, it is suggested that the key points for research of water resources in the near future should be placed on the influences of human activities on water resources, the optimal allocation of water resources, and water balance in the ecological system.
