摘    要:通过对采金船挖斗链至卸矿漏斗间距随斗桥倾角动态变化规律的分析,找出了斗链至受矿漏斗间距大小的变化,是影响漏矿损失多少的主要原因.因此定量计算和控制斗链至受矿漏斗间距,对减少采金船因卸矿而产生的漏矿损失具有重要的现实意义.同时寻求计算间距变化的方法是实现定量控制间距变化的前提.为此应用灰色理论建立了一个计算间距变化的动态数学模型,研究表明,该模型具有较高的计算精度.

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of dynamic changing regularities of the distance from bucket chain of a dredger to its discharge hopper with the dip angle of bucket bridge, it is concluded that the changing of the distance is the main cause for the loss of ore leakage. It is significant to lowering the ore leakage loss caused by ore discharge to calculate quantitatively and control the distance. The method to ca1culate the distance is the prerequisite for the reaiization of the quantitative control over the distance. Grey theory is applied to the formation of the dynamic mathematical model fOr the calculation of the distance. The model has the relatively higher calculation precision.
