ITER真空室内屏蔽结构的虚拟设计

摘    要:介绍了ITER(国际热核聚变实验堆)真空室内屏蔽结构的特点,提出了内屏蔽结构的虚拟设计体系结构模型。利用参数化技术完成了屏蔽单元的实体建模,应用有限元分析方法进行了结构分析,为优化设计提供了依据。基于虚拟装配平台实现了屏蔽单元的实时修改、信息检测及内屏蔽结构的装配仿真,实现了大型装置结构的虚拟产品化。

Abstract:In-wall shielding structural features of ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) vacuum vessel were introduced. The virtual design system model was applied. By using parametric design, preliminary solid models of the shielding units were finished. The analysis results with finite element method were offered for structure optimization.Timely modifying, information measurement and assembly simulation were finished based on virtual assembly platform.Virtual products of the large device structure have been realized in the virtual environment.
