| 摘 要： | 提出了应用ASP技术、结构化查询语言SQL，实现Web环境下的Browser/Web/Server三层体系结构的人力资源管理系统(HRMS)的建立，并重点介绍了系统开发中的一些关键技术，通过将ASP和SQL Server的有效结合，实现人力资源管理的规范化、标准化、信息化。
