复配絮凝剂PC的合成与评价

摘    要:研制了一种适合于聚合物驱后含油污水处理的复配絮凝剂PC,其主要由改性聚合氯化铝PAC、新型阳离子聚合物CPM和破乳剂L-64复配,经筛选确定其最佳复配比例为m(CPM):m(PAC):m(L-64):7:12:1,当絮凝剂PC加药浓度为100mg/L时,固体悬浮物含量可降至4.67mg/L;采用絮凝剂Pc处理含油污水的HPAM浓度极限为50my/L;絮凝剂PC与杀菌剂TQ-1、缓蚀阻垢剂ATMP具有良好的配伍性。

Abstract:The compounded flocculant PC was compounded by polyaluminum chloride PAC, cationic polymer CPM and demulsifier L- 64. The optimum compounding ratio was m,(CPM) : m(PAC) : m(L- 64) = 7 :12:1. When amount of compounded flocculant PC was 100 mg/L,the content of suspended solid was 4.67 mg/L. The concentration limit of HPAM in oily sewage was 50 mg/L when using compounded flocculant PC. The compounded flocculant PC had good compatibility with bactericide TQ - 1 and corrosion and scale inhibitor ATMP.
