基于有限元的三向角焊缝残余应力分析

摘    要:对大型金属结构中常见的三向正交角焊缝的焊接过程进行了有限元模拟。选用四种不同的焊接顺序,对焊接过程中的温度场分布情况进行了分析,并对各焊接工序下的焊接残余应力进行了计算,讨论了边界约束和焊缝对焊接残余应力的影响。

Abstract:The welding process of the common fillet welds along three orthotropic directions for the large-scale metal structure was simulated by finite element method.Selecting the four different welding orders, the distribution of the temperature field in the welding process was analyzed, the residual stress was calculated under the each welding sequence, and the influence of boundary constrains and welded seams on residual stress were discussed.
