| Abstract: | By combining with the concept of the Central Business District（CBD）, the paper from the integration with the global economy and the national development strategies, the paper illustrates the background of CBD construction in Dalian, explores the development ideas which are fit for the development of Dalian, and points out the aims and strategies for CBD construction in Dalian, so as to provide the direction for the CBD in other cities. |
