宝鸡市城市水环境系统LCA研究

摘    要:LCA作为一种有效的信息评价工具,被广泛地应用到各种决策和战略规划中,但国内外在城市水环境系统中应用LCA的研究较少.目前,LCA研究对水环境系统的分析侧重于污水处理阶段和污泥的处理与处置,如污水处理厂对环境所产生的影响和污泥的不同处理方法对环境的负荷计算等.在分析宝鸡市城市水环境系统状况的基础上,结合生命周期评价体系的理论框架,介绍了宝鸡市城市水环境系统生命周期评价框架和过程,提出水环境系统LCA评价的计算方法,并对宝鸡生态城市水环境系统进行生命周期评价,结果表明:在城市水环境系统中配水阶段和污水收集阶段的资源消耗和能耗均较大,对环境的负面影响也较大.

Abstract:As an effective information assessment tool.Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) was applied to many decision-making and strategic planning widely.But it is less effective in assessing urban water system using LCA.At present,LCA emphasizes particularly the wastewater treatment and sludge treatment,such as the environment impact of wastewater treatment and environment load calculation of different sewage treatment methods.By analyzing the water system status quo of Baoji and combining with the frame of Life cycle assessment,LCA frame and process of urban water system in Baoji city is introduced.An LCA method of urban water system and apply to Baoji city is also recommended.It is concluded that resource consuming and energy consuming in water supply and collecting would get on the rise.Finally, the improvement for healthy circulation of urban water system in Baoji city is proposed.
