摘    要:针对SG18辊轧机的刚度问题,建立了三维多体接触的机架-轴承座有限元仿真模型与辊系有限元仿真模型,其中轧机-轴承座模型计算结果用于确定辊系模型的弹性边界条件,得到了SG18辊轧机的综合刚度水平及辊系等典型部件在总体刚度中的比重。分析了轧制力大小、板宽以及中间辊结构等因素对轧机刚度的影响,发现轧制力大小与中间辊约束结构对轧机刚度的影响甚微。

Abstract:This paper describes an investigation into the stiffness of SG18 mill using the finite element method.A three-dimensional model including the stand,the bearing chock and the contact between them has been constructed is established and applied to determine the elastic boundary condition for the stiffness simulation of roll system.Then a three-dimensional model including multi-roll of SG18 mill and the multi body contact between them has also been built.The analysis produces outputs such as integrative stiffness of SG18 mill and the proportion of the roll system stiffness.The influences of the rolling force,the plate width,the constrain structure of middle roll are also discussed.The indications are that the rolling force and the constrain structure of middle roll have few influence on mill stiffness.
