中小型煤井监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前中小型煤井的需求,结合计算机技术和网路技术,开发了一个煤井监控系统;该系统采用工业控制计算机和智能节点组成典型的集中分散结构,文章简单阐述了系统的设计思想、结构和实现的功能,上位机系统软件采用面向对象和可视化技术编制,详细介绍了其串口通讯接口程序的设计,并给出了部分通讯源码;现场应用表明,该系统简单、实用,能及时为用户提供准确信息,能动地减少事故的发生。

Abstract:In accordance with the needs of medium or small coal mines,using the computer technology and network technology,a monitoring and controlling system is designed and implemented.It is a typical distributed system,which consists of the industrial PC and intelligent nodes.The design idea,structure and main functions of the system are introduced briefly.The program of the industrial PC is developed using object-oriented method and visualization technology.The program of serial communication is particularized.Moreover,part of codes are provided.The industrial applications show that the system is simple and feasible,and can offer exact information that comes form coal mine in time and decreases accidents forwardly.
