摘    要:某黄金冶炼厂冶炼废液中含有金、银等贵金属离子,直接外排不仅浪费资源,还会造成环境污染。试验采用金属置换还原法进行金、银的回收,并对选择性还原法和预处理还原法进行对比,确定最佳处理方法及条件。采用预处理还原法进行工业应用表明,冶炼废液处理量600kg/d,锌粉消耗量0.72kg/d、氢氧化钠消耗量2.4kg/d、室温下反应时间1.0h,可提取金12.03g/d、银30.0g/d。该工艺流程简单,无环境污染,可操作性强。

Abstract:The smelting waste solution of a gold smeltery contains precious metal ions such as gold and silver.So if the solution is directly discharged,it will be a waste of resources and cause environmental pollution.Therefore,the experiment used metal replacement reduction method to recover gold and silver,compared selective reduction and pre- treatment reduction,and determined optimum treatment method and conditions.The industrial application of pre-treatment reduction shows that when smelting waste solution treatment capacity is 600 kg/d,zinc powder consumption is 0.72 kg/d, sodium hydroxide consumption is 2.4 kg/d,reaction time in room temperature is 1.0 h,the gold and silver recovery can be 12.03 g/d and 30.0 g/d respectively.The process has simple flowsheet,no environmental pollution and good operability.
