摘    要:为了提高生产率和降低采矿成本,所使用的设备应具有更高的可靠性。这可通过设备具有更高的可靠度和维修更为方便来实现。本文对有关基本概念和数据收集问题作了陈述和讨论,同时介绍了由塔姆鲁克技术中心与拉瓦勒大学和芬兰技术研究中心(VTT)合作进行的旨在提高设备可靠性的部分研究工作。概述了产品连续完善系统,强调公正而合理的设备故障和维修数量以及采矿公司和设备制造厂商之间密切合作是成功的关键因素。

Abstract:In order to increase productivity and reduce the cest of mining operations, the equipment used should be highly dependable. This can be achieved through its higher reliability and beter maintainability. In this paper, problems con-cerning basic ideas, their interpretation and data collection are exposed and discussed. The paper alsopresents some aspects of ongoing researech aimed at the increase of equipment dependability conducted by Tamrock Technology Centre with the Uni-versite Laval, and the VTF research centre. The overview of a proposed system for continuous product imptovemem is given.It is stressed that an adequate quantity of unbiased, credible data on equipment failures and maintenance and, conseopently,a close collaboration between mines and manufacturers are the key factors to success.
