多级离心式压缩机故障停机反转过程模拟与计算

摘    要:从转动力学角度对多级离心式压缩机故障停机反转过程进行了研究,建立了系统正常停机过程与反转停机过程模型,利用编制的程序进行了计算.结果表明:离心式压缩机故障停机过程中出现反转,是由于高压气体从压缩机出口通过压缩机内部流到进口,产生了反向推力矩.理论分析模型计算结果与实际停机过程记录数据较为吻合,能够有效的模拟停机反转过程.

Simulation and Calculation of Reverse Rotation Process during Multi-stage Centrifugal Compressor Shutdown Failure
Abstract:The reverse rotation process during the multi-stage centrifugal compressor shutdown failure is studied on the basis of rotor dynamics.The normal shutdown process and reverse rotation process model is established and calculated using the program.The computational results show that the reverse rotation during the failure shutdown process is due to the reverse moment of thrust caused by high pressure gas from the compressor outlet flow into inlet through compressor interior to make the centrifugal compressor rotate reversely.The computational result of theoretical analysis is in agreement with the actual recorded data.The theoretical analysis can simulate the reverse rotation process efficiently.
