圆弧叶型罗茨鼓风机渐扩缝隙降噪研究

摘    要:介绍了基于预进气原理的渐扩缝隙结构改善基元容积开放突然性的方法,并用MathCAD对渐扩缝隙结构进行参数计算。通过曲线拟合获得了在生产实际中可以采取的曲线方程,进而获得加工参数。对采用标准出风口和渐扩缝隙结构出风口的罗茨鼓风机进行噪声测量比较,采取渐扩缝隙结构降噪效果较好。

Research on Noise Reduction in Arc Leaf Roots Blower with Diverging Gap Structure
Abstract:diverging pre-intake elementary blower is This paper has introduced the gap structure based on theory to improve the volume suddenly opening when working. And the MathCAD software is used to calculate the parameters of the diverging gap structure. The curvilinear equation which can be used in actual production is obtained by curve fitting, and then the processing parameters are also got. After comparing the measured noises in roots blowers with standard outlet structure and diverging gap structure, we can find the noises reduction effect of diverging gap structure is better.
