弯道稳流装置研发及应用

摘    要:针对某些离心压缩机装置工程管路中管径大、压力低等特点,为改善流体经过弯头后流场紊乱状况,尽可能避免流体转向过程中出现涡流等不利影响,使流场趋近于层流状态,研究使用弯道稳流装置以提高压缩机的效率,并减小安装空间,还可以缩短流量计对前后直管段的需要,降低设备及管道噪音及振动等,提高管系的稳定性.

Development and Application Corners Steady Flow Device
Abstract:For the pipeline in some of centrifugal compressor device projects that have the characteristic of large diameter and low pressure etc, in order to improve the condition that flow field disorder after the fluid pass through the elbow, and to as much as possible avoid adverse effects such as vortex during the fluid turned, so as to let the flow field approaches laminar flow conditions, study found that using the method of corners steady flow device can improve the efficiency of compressors, and reduce the installation space, or reduce the front and back straight pipe which needed by the flow meter, and reduce the noise and vibration of equipment and piping, and improve the stability of pipe system.
