TiO2水溶胶双功能整理工艺

摘    要:对溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2水溶胶用于涤棉织物抗紫外、抗起毛起球双功能整理工艺进行了研究,并对其工艺条件进行优化,得到最佳整理工艺条件:TiO2水溶胶用量50%(质量百分数),焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间3 min.整理后,织物的UPF值可达到53,起毛起球等级可达4~5级.TiO2水溶胶具有抗紫外和抗起毛起球双功能整理效果.

Abstract:TiO2 hydrosol prepared by the sol-gel process was used as finishing on T/C fabric for double function finishing-anti'-ultraviolet and anti-pilling. The best finishing conditions of TiO2 hydrosol are obtained as follows: the amount of TiO2 hydrosol is 50% , baking temperature is 130 ℃ , baking time is 3 min. After the finishing, the UPF value of the fabric can reach 53, the pilling grade of the fabric ean reach 4 to 5 level. It has double function finishing- anti-ultraviolet and anti-pilling effect.
