矿用通风机转子系统振动特性研究

摘    要:通过建立矿用通风机转子系统的有限元等效简化模型和进行转子系统的振动模态分析,以及利用MATLAB基于Riccati传递矩阵算法求解该转子系统的临界转速和固有频率,可以验证之前有限元求解方法的准确性.该分析方法可为通风机转子系统的前期设计提供参考,对提高其整体性能具有重要工程应用价值.

Research on Vibration Characteristics in Rotor System of the Fan Used in Mine
Abstract:The simplified system based on the fan model of the rotor used in mine has been made, and the mode analysis of the rotor system has been finished. Then, in order to validate the veracity of the Finite Element Method, the critical rotate speed and the inherent frequency of the rotor system have been solved based on the Riccati transfer matrix method with the software MATLAB. The method can provide reference for optimizing the design of the rotor system, and has important value of engineering applications in the increase of the overall performance.
