钻杆自动传送系统及设计方案

摘    要:介绍了国内外陆地钻井平台和海洋钻井平台-钻井船用钻杆自动传送系统的发展现状,重点分析了OIL公司和TESCO公司钻杆自动传送系统的性能特点。在分析陆地钻机结构型式和目前国外常用钻杆自动传送设备的基础上,提出了适用于陆地钻机的举升式和提升式2种钻杆自动传送系统的设计方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces development of the drill pipe automatic transferring system thatapplied in today's land rigs and marine drilling rigs, and analyses performance characteristic of the pipe automatic transferring system that developed by OIL and TESCO. At the end of this pa-per, two types of pipe automatic transferring systems that designed on the basis of the structural property of the land rigs and similar automatic transferring apparatus abroad were listed.
