| 摘 要： | 建筑节能经济激励政策评价是一个涉及多因素的系统工程，目前常用的方法一般是侧重于单一指标。笔者在对我国能源政策、建筑节能经济激励政策实施效果经过详细分析研究后，建立了建筑节能经济激励政策的多指标综合评价体系；并依据此体系，建立了基于层次分析法和属性数学原理的数学模型，对建筑节能经济激励政策效益进行了量化评价。

| Abstract: | Evaluating economic incentive policy of building energy efficiency is a system engineering in which many ingredients are involved. Currently, it is common to use single index. Based on detailed studies on implement effects for energy source policy and economic incentive pohcy of building energy in China, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation system for incentive policy of building energy efficiency was firstly established. According to this system, the mathematic model combined with analytical hierarchy process and attribute mathematics theory had been established. The model could be used for the quantitative evaluation for economic incentive policy of building energy efficiency. |
