There have arisen all kinds of technique ethics problems in the society which can by no means be avoided or iqnored.In the course of its application,technique sways from its initial aim of benefiting the society and has sometimes produced negative effects on human beings.The causes for this phenomenon can be catogrized into two types:one is that of "recognization",another"morality".The solution to the problem of technique ethics lies in such strategies as technical,institutional and legal ones.But anyhow,technical ethics education,particular technical ethics education in the engineering college,is unquestionably the best "cure medicine" for it.While in this process,what is most important is to set up a new model of moral education.
