摘    要:近年来,湖南师范教育改革取得了阶段性的成就,表现在师范教育层次的提升、开放师范教育体制的形成和多样化师范教育功能的拓展。师范教育改革的动力来自于教师专业化的理论与政策、湖南省师资需求的数量与质量的变化以及湖南高等教育大众化的呼声。

Abstract:There have arisen all kinds of technique ethics problems in the society which can by no means be avoided or iqnored.In the course of its application,technique sways from its initial aim of benefiting the society and has sometimes produced negative effects on human beings.The causes for this phenomenon can be catogrized into two types:one is that of "recognization",another"morality".The solution to the problem of technique ethics lies in such strategies as technical,institutional and legal ones.But anyhow,technical ethics education,particular technical ethics education in the engineering college,is unquestionably the best "cure medicine" for it.While in this process,what is most important is to set up a new model of moral education.
