摘    要:主要研究膜厚对NiO薄膜电致变色特性的影响,通过对不同膜厚的NiO薄膜在原始、着色和褪色态的透过率光谱曲线和电流时间响应曲线的分析比较,总结出通过控制膜厚来提高NiO薄膜电致变色性能的方法。

Abstract:The electrochromic characteristics of NiO films with different film thickness were studied. The colored and bleached currents of the NiO film were measured, and the transmittance spectra of the original, colored and bleached NiO films in the LiClO 4 PC electrolyte were also analyzed. The results show that the electrochromic characteristics of NiO film can be improved by controlling the film thickness.
