纳米材料改性涤纶的碱减量研究

摘    要:对在熔融纺丝过程中采用添加纳米微粒进行改性的功能性涤纶纤维的碱减量特性,诸如松弛热处理、碱浓度、促进剂用量和减量时问等工艺因素进行了研究;采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了纳米改性涤纶纤维碱减量前后的表面形态变化。

Abstract:Functional polyester fiber is prepared by adding the nano particles to the solution during the melt spinning stage. Factors such as peeling characteristics, alkali concentration, accelerant add on, as well as the deweighting time were investigated, surface morphology of nano modified polyester fiber before and after alkali deweighting was observed by SEM (scanning electron microscope). Different behaviors between the nano modified and ordinary polyester fibers in deweighting were compared.
