泸定水电站超百米混凝土防渗墙施工技术

摘    要:泸定水电站坝基覆盖层最大深度超过150m,坝基防渗处理采用110m深混凝土防渗墙下接4排帷幕灌浆方案,存在地层复杂、造孔深度大、高陡坡嵌岩、混凝土浇筑及墙段接头孔拔管成孔等难点.介绍施工平台及导墙施工、槽段划分、造孔、泥浆制备、钢筋笼和预埋管制安、墙段连接及混凝土浇筑等关键施工艺.检测结果证明该防渗墙强度、抗渗性等指标均满足要求.

Abstract:The deepest covering layer under foundation of Luding Hydropower Station is more than 150m. Construction sheme of 110m depth concrete cut-off wall combining with 4 rows of curtain grouting is adopted for anti-seepage treatment of the dam foundation according to difficulties such as complex geological conditions,deep holes,high and steep slope rock-socketing,concrete pouring,as well as pulling pipes out of joint holes of wall segments and holes forming.
