Simulation Study on Construction Process of Concrete Dam

During construction simulation process, it is usually needed to edit the code in the program according to the differences of the construction methods and schedules. In order to solve the problem, and by defining the meaning of mechanical orientation and editing data files, the Visual Basic is used to develop a software for simulating the construction of concrete dam, By the software, the simulation, for different projects can be achieved as long as the data files are edited. The example given in the paper proves that the program has greater universality and the results are in agreement with the laws of construction.
