Detection and Analysis of the Micronucleus Rate of Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes of 632 Workers in Uranium Mine

In accordance with the ＂Occupational Disease Prevention Law of the PRC＂ and ＂radiation workers in occupational health management approach ＂,632 uranium miners were sorted by sex,length of service,age and type of work to analyze the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes.The results showed that The rates of micronucleated cell,micronucleus and the positive rate in the radiation exposed workers showed no significant differences between gender,ages,types of radiation workers,and their interaction showed no significant differences to the rates of micronucleated cell,micronucleus and the positive rate.There was signficant difference of the positive rate between different length of service.
