虚拟仪器技术在焊机噪声测试中的应用

摘    要:介绍了虚拟仪器的发展,以LabVIEW为开发平台,以通用数字示波器作为数据采集设备,设计了一种简易实用的焊机噪声测试系统;以Tektronix TDS220和计算机连接为例,介绍了在LabVIEW平台上如何利用RS232接口实现数据采集的方法,并描述了实现该测试系统的虚拟仪器开发的具体过程.通过实际应用证明,用虚拟仪器技术实现焊机噪声测试的方法是成功的.

Abstract:In this article the development of Virtual lnstrunlent is introduced. Regarding LabVIEW as the developing platform, regarding common digital oscilloscope as the data acquiring equipment, we design a simple and easy but practical noise testing system of welder. We take Tektronix TDS220 and computer link as an example , introduced how to make use of RS232 interface on LabVIEW platform to realize the method of collecting data and describe the concrete course that developing Virtual Instrument for test system. Practical application prove that it is successful to test the noise of welder with Virtual Instrument technology.
