不饱和聚酯树脂抗沉降性阻燃体系研究

摘    要:本文研究了阻燃添加剂在不饱和聚酯树脂中的沉降规律、沉降测定方法、不同抗沉降剂的防沉降效果并讨论了防沉降机理。实验结果表明:3号抗沉降剂具有较优良的抗沉降效果。同时对复合阻燃体系运用正交试验方法进行优化筛选,得到了既能满足玻璃钢阻燃和力学性能要求又具有良好防沉降效果的最佳阻燃体系配方。

Abstract:The subsidence regularity of flame retardant, determining method of subsidenceand subsidence-resistance effect of various additives in unsaturated polyester arestuded. The mechanism of subsidence-resistance is also discussed. The resultsshowed that No. 3 additive has a good subsidence- resistance effect.A Very goodflame retardant sys tem which satisfied with requirement of flame resistance,mechanical property of glass fibre reinforced plastics and had very good subsidence-resistance effect is obtained
