摘    要:采用酯类增塑剂A和碳黑类补强剂B,运用计算机辅助二次回归正交试验设计的方法,研究了补强剂和增塑剂对柔性橡胶钕铁硼复合材料力学性能的影响.经过9组实验和数据处理,得到了复合材料的性能与二者组分配比的回归方程及关系曲线,给出了性能优异的复合材料的组分配比.

Abstract:By using plasticizer and reinforcer we have conducted a study on magnetic and mechanical properties of rubber-NdFeB composite bonded magnets. Applying computer aided quadratic regression orthogonal combination design we got good regression equations from 9 groups of experiments. Variance analysis shows that the regression equations are accurate, and three-dimensional curved surfaces were given, which demonstrate the relationship between the formulations and properties of the composite. At the end, the optimum composition of plasticizer and reinforcer was determined.
