摘    要:针对目前配网故障定位装置存在的问题,提出一种基于广域测量信息的配网故障定位装置。详细阐述了装置硬件设计与各模块的功能及接口,以及软件流程设计。最后经过采集精度测试和相间通讯测试装置证实了其较好的数据采集的可靠性以及通讯的可行性。装置可以支持电流相量采集、故障录波、远程通讯等,具有传统故障指示器由于电源所限而无法负担的功能,在未来有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Aiming at problems with current distribution network fault location devices, this paper presents a distribution network fault location device based on wide area measurement information. It elaborates the hardware design of the device such as functions and interfaces of modules, as well as its software process design. Finally, the acquisition accuracy test and phase to phase communication test prove its high reliability of data acquisition and feasibility of communication. This device supports current phasor acquisition, fault wave recorder and remote communication, has functions which traditional fault indicators cannot perform due to the power limit, and has a good application prospect in the future.
