| 摘 要： | 分析了原退火炉设计及制造的不足 ,在 4区中部和 5区前端各增设一台均温风扇 ,去掉 6区炉顶的保温层 ,相应改变等温退火工艺。生产实践表明 ,退火质量提高 ,能耗降低。附图 2幅 ,表 4个。 |

Transformation and Technology Testing of Continuous Annealing Fumace |

| Abstract: | The insufficient aspects in design and manufacture of the origin annealing furnace are analyzed,one fan for uniforming temperature is respectively added at the middle part of 4 region and the front part of 5 region,the heat preservation layer on the furnace top of 6 region is removed and the isothermal annealing technology is improved.The actual production shows that the annealing quality is increased and the energy consumption is decreased. |
