单体接枝改性炭黑填充NR复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用单体接枝改性法制备炭黑填充型NR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,在NR胶乳与炭黑的混合体系中加入适当的单体M(BA,MMA或GMA)和引发剂,使单体M与NR大分子发生接枝反应的同时,与炭黑表面的活性基团发生反应,制备NR/M/炭黑复合材料;该复合材料的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能优异,热稳定性和抗湿滑性良好。

Abstract:The carbon black/NR composites modified by different grafting monomers were prepared,and their properties were investigated.The results showed that a carbon black/NR composite with excellent physical properties and thermal-oxidative aging resistance,and good thermal stability and wet traction was obtained by adding a proper monomer M(BA,MMA or GMA) and an initiator,and making M graft to NR molecule and react with active group on surface of carbon black simutaneously.
