热风炉的分析

摘    要:用分析的方法,对冷水江钢铁总厂9#热风炉的能量利用情况进行了量与质的分析,找出了该热风炉能量损失的主要部分是燃烧过程、排烟及传热过程。总结出该热风炉节能的主要方向和途径是:降低空气过剩系数,提高助燃空气的入炉温度和降低排烟温度。

Abstract:Use for energy of the 9th hot blast stove of Lengshuijiang Central Iron and Steel Plant was analysed by exergy analysis. Results show that major dissipated energy of the stove was in combustion process, smoke rejection and heat transmission process. Methods of saving energy of hot blast stove were proposed. These methods were reducing air excess quotient and smoke rejection temperature, improvement of combustionsupporting gas temperature
