抗H2S腐蚀X70MS管线钢的开发

摘    要:针对X70MS管线用钢板开发过程中钢板芯部落锤性能不良的问题,采用了不添加Mo、低碳的化学成分设计,且冶炼过程严格控制S、P含量;对轧制工艺进行了优化,采用粗轧3道次(递增的压下率)和精轧前3道次(递减的压下率)单道次压下率大于18%的轧制工艺,以及开冷温度控制为750~760 ℃,钢板出超快冷返红温度控制为490~520 ℃的措施,保证钢板芯部获得了细小针状铁素体组织,显著改善了钢板芯部落锤性能。此外,对钢板抗HIC和抗SSCC性能进行了评价,结果表明X70MS管线钢具有良好的抗HIC和SSCC性能。

Abstract:The new development of hot wide strip mill in China was introduced. The international new technologies and domestic advanced techniques of hot wide strip mill were specially analyzed and reviewed. The technology, equipment and technique reformation of these hot wide strip rolling line were introduced too.
