| 摘 要： | 分析并构建了舰空导弹武器系统效能评估的指标体系.运用美国工业武器系统效能咨询委员会提出的效能模型,根据武器系统作战使用同人为因素的不可分割性,把人为因素P作为一项评估内容,将E=A.D.C扩展为E=A.D.C.P.最后通过实例得出评估结论以及人为因素在武器系统作战效能发挥中的重要性.

| Abstract: | The index system of effectiveness evaluation for ship-to-air missile weapon system is analyzed and constructed.Adopt the American system effectiveness analysis model,according to the indivisibility of the operational usage for weapon system and the person,the ability of person P can be regaded as an evaluation content.At last,the E=A·D·C can expand for E=A·D·C·P.At last,the conclusion is drawn through an example and the importance of the ability of person in the operational usage for weapon system. |
