| 摘 要： | 日本JASO摩托车专用油有MA、MB两种规格,是基于PCMO质量级别及车用摩擦材料,不完全对应摩托车发动机的状况,不表明摩托车油品质量的高低。采用高强化摩托车发动机作为评定机,采用摩托车离合器试验台架测量摩擦特性,进行四冲程摩托车润滑油的研究,建立经国家主管部门认可的评定程序,评定出高品质的摩托车4T专用油,并成功地用于摩托车。

| Abstract: | JASO standard of motorcycle special oils and its category are based upon PCMO quality level and passenger car friction material together with evaluating test equipment.This standard adapts to motorcycle engine incompletely.MA and MB categories are short of application effect.Motorcycle engine 4T special oils and its evaluating technology with high load motorcycle engine as the evaluation equipment and motorcycle clutch system as the friction property test apparatus are studied.New evaluating program by way of nationality superintend department certificate is established.Manifold high quality 4T motorcycle oils are developed and succeed in motorcycle application. |
