| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国工程建设项目风险管理活动中存在的难点问题,提出了新的想法,即引入风险管理后评价环节,并给出了对风险管理后评价运行机制的初步构想,以积累和总结工程建设项目风险管理的经验和教训。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the difficult problems which existed in our national construction project risk management,the author brings forward a new idea,which is bringing in the procedure of post-evaluation.In the mean time,the author gives the primary process of this procedure,to accumulate and generalize the experiences and lecture in the risk management of the engineering construction item. |
