微机2保护对高阻接地故障的运作行为分析

摘    要:当发生高阻间断性接地故障时 ,由于存在寄生电压 ,引起线路微机高频保护不能及时动作出口 ,导致停电范围进一步扩大的事故 ,时有发生 ,严重影响了安全运行。通过对一个具体事故动作过程的分析 ,对保护装置的检查试验和对故障报告与程序的理论研究 ,找出了问题产生的原因以及应对办法。

Abstract:When high resistance grounding fault occurs because of existence of the stray voltage in protective circuit the microcomputer based high frequency protective device installed in Shuikou Power Plant cannot operate correctly, thus, the power supply interruption region is spread and the power system security is affected. Through the theoretical analysis on fault record and after the check and test of protective device, the reason causing the stray voltage and the countermeasure are found.
