| Abstract: | Progress in research on the synthesis of aligned carbon nanotubes are reviewed in detail in this paper.Many methods for alignment of carbon nanobutes are introduced.especially templated synthesis and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.Also,growth mechanism and some factors influencing the alignment of carbon nanotubes are discussed. |
