摘    要:基于计算流体力学(CFD)技术,采用Fluent软件平台,针对典型300MW机组脱硫系统喷淋塔采用可视化技术对喷淋层间距、喷嘴压降、喷淋角变化时喷淋层喷淋效果、传质特性和阻力特性进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明喷淋层间距、喷嘴压降与喷淋角度变化对覆盖效果影响很小,喷淋层间距、喷嘴压降和喷淋角增大均能增强气液传质,同时喷淋层阻力也随之增大。提出典型300MW机组WFGD浆液喷淋系统喷嘴选择与布置的推荐值。

Abstract:Based on the CFD technology and Fluent platform,aiming at spray scrubber of WFGD system of typical 300 MW units,visual technology was used to numerical simulate mass transfer characteristics,resistance characteristic,and the spray effect under the conditions of different spray level distance,the variance of nozzle pressure-drop,and spray angle on the flow.The results indicated that spray levels distance,pressure-drop,and spray angle have little effects on spray coverage.With the increase of spray levels distance,pressure-drop,and spray angle,gas-liquid mass transfer and resistance in spray levels were also increased.Recommended values of selection and arrangement of nozzles for WFGD spray system in typical 300 MW units were proposed in the end.
